FACILITIES

Over the Christmas holidays, 2005, we moved into South Agricultural Sciences Building, on the Evansdale Campus of West Virginia University. Construction was completed in January, 2006. As a result of this move, we now are reunited with all other members of our college (Horticulture, Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Animal Sciences, Consumer Sciences). During the design phase, it was decided that all of the collection facilities would be integrated together for more efficient and timely work flow. As a result, we now occupy most of one corner of the ground floor of this new building, with usable space of 1958 square feet (see diagram below). Backup or auxiliary greenhouse space is available just across the road in front of our building.
